Welcome to Samriya Solution Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Terms & Conditions agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of our website (samriyasolution.com), all software products, mobile applications, cloud-based platforms, digital services, examination systems, billing solutions, forensic tools, AI-powered services, communication platforms, and any other offerings provided by Samriya Solution (collectively, "Services").

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using any of our Services, you ("User," "you," or "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of all Services.

These terms constitute a legally binding contract enforceable under applicable Indian law.

Samriya Solution Private Limited ("कंपनी", "हम", "हमारी") में आपका स्वागत है। यह नियम और शर्तें ("अनुबंध") हमारी वेबसाइट (samriyasolution.com), सभी सॉफ्टवेयर उत्पादों, मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन, क्लाउड-आधारित प्लेटफॉर्म, डिजिटल सेवाओं, परीक्षा प्रणाली, बिलिंग सॉल्यूशन, फोरेंसिक टूल्स, AI-संचालित सेवाओं, संचार प्लेटफॉर्म और Samriya Solution द्वारा प्रदान की जाने वाली किसी भी अन्य सेवा (सामूहिक रूप से "सेवाएँ") तक आपकी पहुँच और उपयोग को नियंत्रित करती हैं।

हमारी किसी भी सेवा को एक्सेस करने, डाउनलोड करने, इंस्टॉल करने या उपयोग करने से आप ("उपयोगकर्ता") इस अनुबंध से बाध्य होने की बिना शर्त सहमति देते हैं। यदि आप इन शर्तों को स्वीकार नहीं करते, तो आपको सभी सेवाओं का उपयोग तत्काल बंद करना होगा।

• Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Samriya Solution grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the Services solely for lawful purposes.
• Licenses are issued to individual or organizational users as specified at the time of purchase. Sharing, reselling, or transferring the license to any third party without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
• To ensure license integrity and prevent unauthorized duplication, our software may collect and verify hardware-based identifiers, including but not limited to CPU serial numbers, MAC addresses, HDD serial numbers, device fingerprints, and network identifiers.
• Any unauthorized use, misuse, exploitation, or circumvention of the licensing mechanism shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may be prosecuted under the Information Technology Act, 2000; the Indian Penal Code; and other applicable laws of India.
• The Company reserves the right to revoke, suspend, or terminate any license immediately and without prior notice upon receiving credible information of misuse, illegal activity, or breach of these terms through any medium.
• The Company may, at its discretion, issue updates, modifications, or new versions of the Services. Continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• इस अनुबंध के अनुपालन के अधीन, Samriya Solution आपको केवल वैध उद्देश्यों के लिए सेवाओं का उपयोग करने हेतु एक सीमित, गैर-अनन्य, गैर-हस्तांतरणीय, और प्रतिसंहरणीय लाइसेंस प्रदान करती है।
• लाइसेंस खरीद के समय निर्दिष्ट व्यक्तिगत या संगठनात्मक उपयोगकर्ताओं को जारी किए जाते हैं। बिना पूर्व लिखित सहमति के लाइसेंस साझा करना, पुनः बेचना या स्थानांतरित करना सख्त वर्जित है।
• लाइसेंस की अखंडता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए हमारा सॉफ्टवेयर CPU सीरियल नंबर, MAC पता, HDD सीरियल नंबर, डिवाइस फिंगरप्रिंट आदि हार्डवेयर-आधारित पहचानकर्ता एकत्र और सत्यापित कर सकता है।
• लाइसेंसिंग तंत्र का कोई भी अनधिकृत उपयोग, दुरुपयोग या उल्लंघन इस अनुबंध का भौतिक उल्लंघन होगा तथा सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम 2000, भारतीय दंड संहिता और अन्य लागू भारतीय कानूनों के तहत दंडनीय होगा।
• किसी भी माध्यम से दुरुपयोग या अवैध गतिविधि की विश्वसनीय सूचना प्राप्त होने पर कंपनी बिना पूर्व सूचना के किसी भी लाइसेंस को तत्काल रद्द, निलंबित या समाप्त करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखती है।

• All software source code, algorithms, databases, graphical elements, UI/UX designs, documentation, training data, AI models, trademarks, trade names, logos, slogans, and all other intellectual property embodied in or associated with the Services are the exclusive property of Samriya Solution Private Limited.
• The name "Samriya Solution," all product names, and associated logos are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable intellectual property laws of India.
• No portion of the Services may be reproduced, reverse-engineered, decompiled, disassembled, modified, distributed, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without explicit prior written authorization from the Company.
• Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in civil and criminal proceedings under Indian and international law.
• Feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by users regarding the Services may be freely adopted and implemented by the Company without any obligation, compensation, or attribution.

• सेवाओं में या उससे संबद्ध सभी सॉफ्टवेयर स्रोत कोड, एल्गोरिदम, डेटाबेस, ग्राफिकल तत्व, UI/UX डिज़ाइन, दस्तावेज़ीकरण, AI मॉडल, ट्रेडमार्क, लोगो और अन्य सभी बौद्धिक संपदा Samriya Solution Private Limited की विशेष संपत्ति है।
• "Samriya Solution" नाम, सभी उत्पाद नाम और संबद्ध लोगो कॉपीराइट अधिनियम 1957, ट्रेड मार्क्स अधिनियम 1999 और अन्य लागू भारतीय कानूनों के तहत सुरक्षित हैं।
• बिना कंपनी की स्पष्ट पूर्व लिखित अनुमति के सेवाओं के किसी भी भाग को पुनरुत्पादित, रिवर्स-इंजीनियर, संशोधित, वितरित या व्युत्पन्न कार्य बनाने के लिए उपयोग नहीं किया जा सकता।
• हमारी बौद्धिक संपदा के अनधिकृत उपयोग के परिणामस्वरूप भारतीय और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कानून के तहत दीवानी और आपराधिक कार्यवाही हो सकती है।

• All payments for licenses, subscriptions, or services must be made through authorized payment gateways as specified on our platform. The Company currently supports domestic and international digital payment channels compliant with RBI guidelines.
• Applicable fees, applicable taxes (including GST), and any other charges will be clearly displayed prior to completing a transaction. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
• All paid licenses and digital service subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in a specific product's refund policy.
• In the event of a payment dispute or failed transaction, users must contact our support team within 7 working days. The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from delayed notification.
• Subscription plans will auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date as per the terms communicated at the time of subscription.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend access to Services in the event of non-payment, failed payment, or breach of billing terms.

• लाइसेंस, सब्सक्रिप्शन या सेवाओं के लिए सभी भुगतान हमारे प्लेटफॉर्म पर निर्दिष्ट अधिकृत पेमेंट गेटवे के माध्यम से किए जाने चाहिए।
• लेनदेन पूर्ण करने से पहले लागू शुल्क, कर (GST सहित) और अन्य प्रभार स्पष्ट रूप से प्रदर्शित किए जाएंगे। मूल्य पूर्व सूचना के साथ परिवर्तन के अधीन हैं।
• एक बार सक्रिय होने के बाद सभी भुगतान किए गए लाइसेंस और डिजिटल सेवा सब्सक्रिप्शन गैर-वापसी योग्य हैं, जब तक कि लागू कानून द्वारा आवश्यक न हो।
• भुगतान विवाद या विफल लेनदेन की स्थिति में उपयोगकर्ता 7 कार्य दिवसों के भीतर हमारी सहायता टीम से संपर्क करें।
• सब्सक्रिप्शन योजनाएँ स्वतः नवीनीकृत होंगी जब तक कि नवीनीकरण तिथि से पूर्व रद्द न की जाएँ।

• All Services are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Samriya Solution, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
• The Company shall not be held responsible for any loss of data, business interruption, loss of revenue or profit, or any damages resulting from third-party service failures, network outages, or force majeure events.
• The User is solely responsible for maintaining adequate backups of their own data. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of cloud-hosted services.
• In no event shall the Company's total aggregate liability to any user exceed the amount paid by that user for the specific Service in question during the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.
• Certain jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties or limitations of liability; in such jurisdictions, the Company's liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

• सभी सेवाएँ "जैसी हैं" ("AS-IS") के आधार पर किसी भी प्रकार की व्यक्त या निहित वारंटी के बिना प्रदान की जाती हैं।
• लागू कानून द्वारा अनुमत अधिकतम सीमा तक, Samriya Solution और उसके निदेशक, कर्मचारी, एजेंट और साझेदार सेवाओं के उपयोग या उपयोग में असमर्थता से उत्पन्न किसी भी अप्रत्यक्ष, आकस्मिक, विशेष या दंडात्मक क्षति के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होंगे।
• कंपनी डेटा हानि, व्यावसायिक रुकावट, राजस्व हानि, या तृतीय-पक्ष सेवा विफलताओं, नेटवर्क आउटेज, या अप्रत्याशित घटनाओं के परिणामस्वरूप होने वाली किसी भी क्षति के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।
• उपयोगकर्ता अपने डेटा का पर्याप्त बैकअप बनाए रखने के लिए स्वयं उत्तरदायी है।

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code of any software or algorithm provided by the Company.
• Using the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable purpose.
• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any malware, viruses, spyware, or other harmful code through or in connection with the Services.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any access control, authentication, encryption, digital rights management, or security mechanism.
• Using the Services to infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any person.
• Engaging in unauthorized scraping, crawling, data harvesting, or systematic extraction of any content from our platforms.
• Misrepresenting identity, impersonating another person or entity, or providing false information to obtain access to the Services.
• Interfering with, disrupting, or placing an unreasonable load on the infrastructure supporting the Services.

उपयोगकर्ताओं को निम्नलिखित गतिविधियों में संलग्न होने से सख्ती से प्रतिबंधित किया जाता है:

• कंपनी द्वारा प्रदान किए गए किसी भी सॉफ्टवेयर या एल्गोरिदम की रिवर्स इंजीनियरिंग, डिकम्पाइलिंग, डिसअसेम्बलिंग या स्रोत कोड प्राप्त करने का प्रयास।
• किसी भी गैरकानूनी, धोखाधड़ीपूर्ण, अपमानजनक, हानिकारक या आपत्तिजनक उद्देश्य के लिए सेवाओं का उपयोग।
• सेवाओं के माध्यम से मैलवेयर, वायरस, स्पाइवेयर या अन्य हानिकारक कोड अपलोड या वितरित करना।
• किसी भी एक्सेस कंट्रोल, प्रमाणीकरण, एन्क्रिप्शन या सुरक्षा तंत्र को दरकिनार करना।
• सेवाओं का उपयोग किसी व्यक्ति के बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकारों, गोपनीयता अधिकारों या अन्य कानूनी अधिकारों का उल्लंघन करने के लिए।
• पहचान का गलत प्रतिनिधित्व करना, किसी अन्य व्यक्ति या संस्था का प्रतिरूपण करना, या सेवाओं तक पहुँच प्राप्त करने के लिए झूठी जानकारी देना।

• Samriya Solution reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including in cases of breach of this Agreement, suspected fraudulent activity, or non-payment.
• Upon termination, all licenses granted herein shall immediately cease, and you must uninstall and destroy all copies of any software obtained from the Company.
• Termination does not relieve you of any obligations that accrued prior to termination, including payment obligations.
• Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall continue in full force and effect.

• Samriya Solution किसी भी समय, कारण सहित या बिना कारण के, किसी भी या सभी सेवाओं तक आपकी पहुँच को निलंबित या समाप्त करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखती है।
• समाप्ति पर, यहाँ दिए गए सभी लाइसेंस तत्काल समाप्त हो जाएंगे और आपको कंपनी से प्राप्त सॉफ्टवेयर की सभी प्रतियाँ अनइंस्टॉल और नष्ट करनी होंगी।
• समाप्ति से पहले उत्पन्न हुए किसी भी दायित्व से, जिसमें भुगतान दायित्व शामिल हैं, समाप्ति आपको मुक्त नहीं करती।

• Samriya Solution reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
• Continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
• It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any modified Terms, you must immediately stop using the Services.

• Samriya Solution किसी भी समय इन शर्तों को संशोधित, अपडेट या बदलने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखती है। संशोधित शर्तें एक अपडेटेड प्रभावी तिथि के साथ हमारी वेबसाइट पर पोस्ट की जाएंगी।
• संशोधित शर्तों के पोस्ट होने के बाद सेवाओं का निरंतर उपयोग ऐसे परिवर्तनों की आपकी स्वीकृति का गठन करता है।
• इन शर्तों की समय-समय पर समीक्षा करना आपकी जिम्मेदारी है।

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000; the Indian Contract Act, 1872; the Consumer Protection Act, 2019; and applicable intellectual property statutes.
• Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or validity thereof shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration at Muzaffarpur, Bihar, India.
• Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use of its intellectual property or Services.
• The exclusive jurisdiction for all matters not subject to arbitration shall be the courts of Muzaffarpur, Bihar, India.

• ये शर्तें भारतीय कानूनों के अनुसार शासित और व्याख्यायित की जाएंगी, जिसमें सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम 2000, भारतीय संविदा अधिनियम 1872 और उपभोक्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम 2019 शामिल हैं।
• इन शर्तों से उत्पन्न कोई भी विवाद पहले पक्षों के बीच सद्भावनापूर्ण वार्ता के माध्यम से हल करने का प्रयास किया जाएगा।
• यदि 30 दिनों के भीतर विवाद का समाधान नहीं हो पाता, तो इसे मध्यस्थता और सुलह अधिनियम 1996 के अनुसार मध्यस्थता के लिए प्रस्तुत किया जाएगा, मध्यस्थता का स्थान मुजफ्फरपुर, बिहार, भारत होगा।
• मध्यस्थता के अधीन नहीं होने वाले सभी मामलों के लिए विशेष अधिकार क्षेत्र मुजफ्फरपुर, बिहार, भारत के न्यायालयों का होगा।
